MAJOR TERMS, CONDITIONS & OTHER PURCHASE INCENTIVES
Marketing and Flexible Office Services are governed by the written agreement signed by both parties.
Pursuant to this agreement the Client agrees to procure services for a period of 3, 6, or 12 months and pay for said services via credit card on the 1st of each month. The 1st payment is due upon the signing of the Agreement. The Client may choose to pay for services in advance. If they pay for 3 months in advance via eft or credit card they will receive 1 month free services. 6 month advance payment will earn the client 1 month free rent and an additional 10% discount off the entire bill. 12 month advance payment will earn the client 1 month free rent and an additional 20% discount off the entire bill.
The contract will automatically renew unless Client provides notice by mail, or e mail, of his/her desire to cancel 10 business days prior to the expiration of the contract.
Additional Incentives: Marketing and Virtual Office Clients receive 10% Discount on Accounting, Tax Preparation and Payroll Services offered by The Business Centers.
